Well, it IS a step in the right direction. Now we are set up to recognize illegals, two legged or pharmaceutical kind as they try to get here from there. All of this done via unmanned towers loaded with all kinds of high tech equipment.

Seems to me, since we have the towers and all, that an unmanned machine gun or rocket launcher might be an additional improvement. The tower picks up the signal of a band of illegals, the firepower removes the threat, problem solved. I wouldn't think more than two or three of these events happening and the illegals would change their minds. It would no longer be safe to enter the land of the free ride. Instant relief for tax payers! Somehow we have evolved into a bunch of bleeding hearts who think nothing of giving away the country to people who are here illegally. Something is wrong with this picture and I think it should be corrected, by what ever means proves most effective. I am in favor of the armed towers.
