Odd question, right? My son asked me that and backed it up with all the natural disasters happening all over. The only answer I could give was a definite, maybe. My own beliefs, the end is inevitable, unpleasant, and filled with disasters of all kinds, the end is foretold in the scriptures, it will happen.

When you take stock of all the 'end of the world' forecasts, we are in the general time frame for all of them. I don't believe any man actually knows when the end will be. Just simple observation doesn't leave much doubt that we are getting close. We have done much to destroy our own world, the wildlife in it, and ourselves. Why shouldn't the end be near?
