Private Property, No Trespassing

Permalink 10:59:57 am, Categories: News and Opinions

Yup, this weekend I will be posting those signs on 11 acres of pines. I expect them to keep the honest people off property they don't belong on. That will last exactly as long as the signs do since I expect them to be shot full of holes by idiots. Yes, there are some people carrying guns that have no business with them. They never learned to respect other folk's rights and seem to believe that having a gun gives them the right to shoot holes in anything they happen to find. Signs are a prime target for them and it doesn't matter what the sign is.

[More:]

Delinquents all, regardless of how old they might actually be. THESE are the folks that give hunters a bad name. THESE are the folks that cause land owners to deny permission to hunt their land. THESE are the folks that make the news and allow the papers to paint all gun owners with the same brush. THESE folks are idiots. The few shots they take at a sign or a shed or anything else they might walk up on slowly erode away the rights of other hunters. They have no business in the woods. They have no business with guns. They have never learned to respect the rights of others. Respecting the rights of others seems to be something that isn't being taught very well any more. Baggy pants gangsta's seem to think they have the right to rob people. Lazy, no accounts feel they have the right to live off others. Multi-generations believe they have the right to live off welfare. They have no respect for other folks rights. Our government believes a billion bucks to help war torn Georgia rebuild was a right decision. What about folks here at home trying to live on fixed incomes that barely pay rent? What happened to their rights? Generations growing up unaware of the need to respect the rights of others will be the downfall of this nation. World politics be Damned, we have our own problems here at home. Put GOD back in school and TEACH respect for the rights of others before it is too late.
