Welcome to the woodworking community here at WoodWorlds.com! A gaggle of woodworkers, working together to help each other. There are no trade secrets, no corporate spying, just good old fashioned comradre and helping hands. We want to be the online outfeed table for your table saw, the bench dog at your bench, and perhaps the stone you hone your best chisels on. OK, so maybe that is a stretch, what we really want is to be the number one resource for woodworkers to help other woodworkers in as much of an interactive environment as possible.

Interactive environment? Yup, that means WE cannot do it all, YOU and your fellow woodworkers will need to help out. I do a lot of woodwork. I could answer a lot of different questions and be helpful in a general way. I have YET to turn a sphere on my lathe, every one I have tried has been more egg than sphere. I could not help anyone else turn a sphere since I can't. However, I know there are accomplished sphere turners out there that could set me straight in a heartbeat, IF I could communicate with them. I have a jointer that prefers to tear out rather than joint cleanly. I have run out of ideas on what the problem might be. Again, there are woodworkers out there that could help me out in an instant. Are you getting the idea now? A KNOWLEDGE POOL of WOODWORKERS, sharing what they know with other woodworkers. Sounds like a win-win to me!

If you work wood, you have something to contribute. Everybody knows something, some just know more than others. Woodworlds is the place to share what you know.

Welcome to WoodWorlds!
